How do I register?

It is your organisation that sets everything up. When they have done this, you will then receive correspondence from them. They will send you a registration link that allows you to set yourself up in minutes. You will then have your own personal Psynergy Mental Health dashboard with everything you need to get going!

How do I log into the platform?

To log into the survey platform, go to the login page and enter your email address and password. Click on the "Login" button to access your account.

I am having trouble logging into the survey platform. What do I do?

If you are having trouble logging into the survey platform, make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you are still having trouble, try resetting your password by following the instructions in the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. If you continue to have issues, please get in touch with us for assistance.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the portal page. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account, and a password reset link will be sent to that email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you still have problems, send us an email.

Can I access the platform on my mobile device?

Yes, the survey platform is mobile-friendly and can be accessed on any device with a web browser.

I am having trouble logging into the platform. What do I do?

If you are having trouble logging into the platform, make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you are still having trouble, try resetting your password by following the instructions in the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. If you continue to have issues, please contact us for assistance or your organisation's administrator.

How do I start my survey?

To start a survey on the platform, log into your account and click on the "Surveys" tab. You will see a list of available surveys, and you can click on the survey you would like to take. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey.

Can I save my progress on a survey and come back to it later?

Yes, as long as you have not clicked "Product submitted" at the bottom of your survey, you can save your progress and come back to it later. When you are ready to stop taking the survey, click on the "Save and Close" button on the top right. You can access your saved surveys by logging into your account and clicking back onto the survey, and continue where you left off.

How do I submit a completed survey?

To submit a completed survey, make sure you have answered all required questions and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the survey alongside "Product submitted". You will be asked to confirm your submission.

Can I edit my answers after I have submitted a survey?

No, once you have submitted a survey, you will not be able to edit your answers. Make sure to review your answers carefully before submitting the survey.

How do I know if my survey has been received and reviewed?

After you have submitted a survey and refreshed your screen, you will see that your product has moved to the "Product History" section on your dashboard.

How do I access my personal results, report and suggestions?

Simply go to your completed survey, click on "Report" on the top left. From here, you will be able to access a visualisation of your results broken down by each relevant category and domain. You can access your personalised report and see all of your suggestions too, by clicking "See Suggestions". These contain personal links for you to access that link to your results.

Can I share my results with others?

Feel free to share your results as you wish. They are yours!
