How can I set up my organisation?

You can set up your organisation with us in two ways. Either contact us and we will set up your organisation for you. Alternatively, you can go to our "Sign up" form which is on the top-right our homepage. We have a walk-though video to get you going too when you click on this link.

How do I add users to my account?

To add users to your account, log into the administrator dashboard and go to the "Users" tab. Click on the "Add User" button, and you will be able to enter the email address and other information for the new user. Once you have added the user, they will receive an email with a link to register for the survey platform.

Alternatively, simply get in touch with us and we can do it for you.

How do I get started?

When setting up an account you will have purchased a number of users. So you will be ready to start. There are two ways to invite your people to start completing the Psynergy programmes.

The first and most simple way is to simply click "Options" on your product and "Show URL". Share this URL with your organisation (you will have been given template communications) and they can start registering right away! Then you can sit back, and relax.

The second way is to configure your email address within your account and send emails directly via our system.

How do I view my results?

To view your results, log into your dashboard and go to the product tab. You will see a list of your products, and you can click on the product you want to view the results for.

From here you will see right away a summary of your key categories and domains and can access more detailed analytics.

Can I download the raw data of the analytics?

If you request, all anonymised data can be made available to the organisational lead and can be downloaded as a .csv file. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Can I measure longitudinal records on the platform?

Soon we will be adding a feature into the platform which allows you to create longitudinal records. This will allow you to track the same group of users over time.

Can I get qualitative feedback from my people?

Yes, the survey platform allows you to collect qualitative feedback from your users in addition to the quantitative data from the survey. Further, we group this for you so that you can see it broken down by key areas.

You can then review the responses in the administrator dashboard, and you can even download them as a PDF report if you want to share the feedback with others.

Can I customise the email that is sent out to my people?

Yes, you can customize the email that is sent to users when they are invited to take a survey. You can do this entirely yourself, or building from the templates we provide you.

You can either do this manually when you send out the registration link. Or, if through the system, you can do this via the "Email management" tab.

You can create and customize email templates for different types of surveys and users, and the customized emails will be automatically sent when you send out the surveys.

How many groups and sub-groups can I survey with the platform?

The platform is set up so that you can monitor you organisation at three-levels. For example, you may have your organisation as a whole (e.g., Company A). Then you may have different branches (e.g., Branch A, Branch B, Branch C). Then in these branches, you may have different teams (e.g., Team X, Team Y, Team Z). You can analyse at each level of your organisation.

You can set this up yourself at registration, or we can do it for you.
